Syria’s Assad dismisses of Kerry’s offer to help negotiate end to civil war

WEB Notes: Apparently, the ISIS hoax is not working fast enough to oust Assad, so back to the table they want to go. Remember this happened a few years ago when they accused Assad of using chemical weapons.

Solar eclipse, Supermoon, Spring equinox: Friday will see three rare celestial events

(Source: Independent) – As the eclipse plunges the UK and other places into darkness this Friday, two other rare if less spectacular celestial events will be taking place, too: a Supermoon and the Spring equinox.

A Supermoon, or perigee moon, happens when the full or new moon does its closest fly-by of the Earth, making it look bigger than it normally does. And the spring equinox refers to the time of the year when the day and night are of equal duration, mid-way between the longest and shortest days.

China cuts back on US debt for 5th month in a row

(Source: RT) – China, the largest holder of US debt, has continued to cut back on US Treasuries for the fifth consecutive month, shaving $5.2 billion from its holdings between December and January. Japan is edging closer in overtaking the number one spot.

The US Treasury reported Monday that China reduced its holding from $1.244 trillion in December to $1.239 trillion in January. The fifth straight month of reductions.

UN Security Council: ISIS replacing Taliban in Afghanistan

Propaganda: ISIS Vows To ‘Blow Up The White House, Big Ben And The Eiffel Tower’

(Source: CBS) – En route to conquering the European cities of Paris and Rome, the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria says they plan to “blow up” the White House, Big Ben and the Eiffel Tower.

ISIS spokesman Abu Muhammad al-Adnani detailed the terror group’s plans to conquer Portugal, Spain, Paris and Rome in an almost 30-minute audio message to the West, “So They Kill And Are Killed,” which references a Koran verse.
