Bible Question and Answer

Bible Question And Answer

Welcome to our bi-weekly post Bible Question and Answer where we provide Bible verses, answers and advice to the questions and concerns you have. During the course of the last two weeks readers have submitted their questions and today we are going to answer some of them. So please join us and feel free to chime in on the discussion in the comments section below this post.

Before we get into this week’s questions we would like to point out that you are helping to spread the Word of God by your continued submission of questions. Due to your ongoing participation, these Bible Q&A posts have been read thousands of times. Without your participation, this section of our site would not exist.

If you have a Biblical or non-Biblical question you would like to ask, submit it now for our next edition of “Bible Question and Answer“.

Bible Question and Answer

Question 1:

Name: Chelsie
Question: If there was an earth age before this one, how old are our souls if we existed before? Scientist say the earth has been here 4.54 billion years, but some pastors say it’s only existed 6,000 years. Also, do you believe our soul (in the first earth age) did something right in the Lords eyes to be allowed come to this second earth age?

Answer:

Name: Brandon T. Ward
Answer: Thank you for the question Chelsie. There is no way to tell for sure how old our souls really are. That is a question only God will be able to answer for us.

The field of science certainly has a lot to learn, is the earth 4.54 billion years old? That is what they say and I cannot prove otherwise. However, I can prove and guarantee you the earth is far older than 6,000 years old no matter what some pastor might say. How can I be so certain? Our Father’s Letter declares it, that is why.

Turn your Bible with me to,

2 Peter 3:8
8 “But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.”

This verse right here is our key, quite literally to figuring out the length of time the second earth age has spanned.

How many days of creation were there?

Six days of course and our Father “rested” on the seventh day (Genesis 1). That alone is seven days and we just read that one day with our Father is a thousand years to us.

So the seven days accounted for in the Bible equal 7,000 years.

What happened on what would be the eighth day?

Our Father created Adam, “the man Adam“.  From the time of Adam to our present day another six thousand years have transpired.

So let us take a step back.

We have six days where the Lord created, one day where the Lord “rested” and another day when our Father created Adam for a total of eight days which we know from 2 Peter 3:8 equal 8,000 years. Add the 8,000 years to the 6,000 years that have transpired since the time of Adam and this current earth age is roughly 13,000 years old.

Now how on earth can the pastors overlook that? Your guess is as good as mine. I know they mean well, but they do need to focus a bit more. Telling the world the earth is 6,000 years old is foolish and a great way to turn away a potential believer.

For your final question the answer is no. The good, bad and ugly are all born into this age of flesh in order to decide who they will follow; God or Satan. John 3:16 and Romans 10:9 document that, follow God or inherit death. Satan is death so it is pretty fitting I think (Hebrews 2:14).

Those who stood with our Father in The First Earth Age certainly did right by Him and we know some of them are even predestined in this age of flesh. Predestined for what? To share the Gospel throughout the generations to ensure that it reached us in these end times.

During the end times there is another group of predestined individuals who are the Saints or Elect if you prefer. 144,000 individuals to be exact, they will all be Sealed with our Father’s Word before the days of Antichrist who is Satan, the days when the Tribulation unfolds (Revelation 7:3-8).

Chelsie, we have two Bible studies that I would love for you to read in order to document in depth what I have explained. They are:

Question 2:

Name: Charisa
Question: I had a question about Adam when he sinned with Eve in the garden of eden. If Eve sinned sexually with a seductive Satan aka the Serpent, she shared with Adam. Even though I feel as though Adam wasn’t aware of homosexuality because I don’t believe it existed at that time. What was it considered because the devil was or is a male and so was Adam, what would one the sexual act between Adam and Satan at that time?

Answer:

Name: Brandon T. Ward
Answer: Charisa, thank you for the question.

I will briefly explain, but I highly encourage you to read our study titled, “The Garden of Eden: The Origins of Satan’s Seed“. Follow that study up with, “The Synagogue of Satan: Those Who Claim To Be Judah But Do Lie“. It will thoroughly document what really happened in the Garden of Eden.

Any Christian that has taken the time to read the opening chapters of Genesis should know the sin in the Garden of Eden was not eating an apple. Maybe they do not know what the sin was, but they certainly should question the teaching of mainstream Christianity.

Read the account in Genesis 2-3 it is plain as day, Adam and Eve sinned and they covered up their private parts with fig leaves, that would be their genitals. Yes, graphic I know, but we are all adults here so let’s make sure we nail this down real good.

If you sin with your mouth, you would cover your mouth, and common sense tells us there is no sin in eating a literal piece of fruit. Obviously, Adam and Eve did not sin with their mouth, but their private parts and we are not talking about a literal piece of fruit.

The entire account in the Garden of Eden is a “euphemism” which means, “a mild or indirect word or expression substituted for one considered to be too harsh or blunt when referring to something unpleasant or embarrassing.” Understanding what really happened in the Garden of Eden is certainly embarrassing and it is very direct. So with that, let us continue that thought.

I do not believe Adam’s sin was a homosexual act. I am more inclined to agree with you here that Adam probably did not know what it was. That does not mean he could not perform the act though if Satan told him about it. However, it is hard to imagine that thought “seducing” Adam.

While there is no way to document exactly what Adam did, we do know it was a sexual encounter in regard to Eve.

So let us all use our imagination here. We know Eve was having intercourse with Satan. Eve then “gave also unto her husband(Genesis 3:6). I feel they were having a threesome with Eve being the center of attention.

Remember what happened, Eve would go on to have twins; Cain being Satan’s son and Abel being Adam’s son.

I realize for a new reader and Bible student this may be hard to grasp. Just pray about it. Eating an apple certainly did not cause Adam and Eve to cover their private parts, neither did eating an apple cause Eve’s birth pain to be multiplied (Genesis 3:16). Remember what God told Satan after this event, “I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed,” (Genesis 3:15). One seed (child) was Satan’s and one seed (child) was Adam’s.

We have all been lied to, now is the time to uncover the truth.

We would like to thank our Father for giving us this platform in order to spread His most precious Word. We would also like to thank our readers for submitting their questions and giving us the opportunity to share them with the audience. If you would like to ask a question submit it for the next edition of this post and continue the discussion by leaving a comment below.
