Gov. Jerry Brown to Unveil New $687-Million Drought Proposal, While California Cattle Leaves for Texas

WEB Notes: In California it is a little late to spend millions on these conservation efforts. This should have been done years ago. Conservation is common sense. Now the lack of common sense will make many suffer unless California gets rain soon.

(LA Times) – Gov. Jerry Brown and Democratic leaders will unveil a $687-million proposal Wednesday afternoon aimed at helping California deal with its drought emergency.

The new legislation would speed up the spending of millions of dollars aimed at improving water conservation and cleaning up drinking water supplies, while increasing penalties for illegal diversion of water supplies.

The reckless endangerment of U.S. warfighters has got to stop

WEB Notes: Bring the troops home already. Unfortunately, that is not the plan and the Kenites will not allow that to happen.

(World Tribune) – Once again, U.S. forces have been subjected to the cruelest form of betrayal in war: an insider attack. Taliban insurgents posing as Afghan soldiers opened fire on Wednesday, Feb. 12, killing two Americans and injuring four more.

When Rules of Engagement (ROE) are honored on only one side of the battlefield, our troops die in droves.

DHS Contracted To Purchase 704 Million Rounds of Ammo Over Next 4 Years: 2,500 Rounds Per Officer

WEB Notes: The Department of Homeland Security continues its purchase of arms and ammo. Does this not raise your eyebrows? The DHS does not invade foreign lands, they are stationed here. So why do they need this? Use your minds folks. In addition to that question this is driving up the cost of ammo in general making it more expensive and harder to come across for the American people.

(From The Trenches) – The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is contracted to purchase 704,390,250 rounds of ammunition over the next four years, which is equal to a total of about 2,500 rounds per DHS agent, according to a January 2014 Government Accountability Office (GAO) report entitled Ammunition Purchases Have Declined Since 2009.

Rebels Plan Damascus Spring Offensive, U.S. Mulling New Options

WEB Notes: Make a note of this. When the U.S. moves from proxy war, to war with Syria things will get out of hand fairly quickly.

(Daily Star) – Rebels in southern Syria say they are planning a spring offensive against the capital Damascus, as the White House continues to mull its options after the failure of this month’s latest round of Geneva II peace talks.

Amid reports that opposition backers are set to deliver sophisticated weapons to the rebels to help tip the military balance, the U.S. still believes that diplomacy is the best way to end the war but all options were being considered, White House spokesman Jay Carney said Tuesday, after a second round of peace negotiations broke up in Switzerland over the weekend without making progress.

US to use Jordan as base for potential military intervention in Syrian

(From The Trenches) – The United States is planning to use the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan as a base for a potential military intervention in Syria to topple Syrian President Bashar Al Assad and his regime, Western diplomatic sources claimed.

The sources told Rai Alyoum news agency in London that US Ambassador to Syria Robert Ford’s remarks about the need to escalate the situation in the southern front in Syria and further comments by the US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Wendy Sherman; who said the US administration has a “Plan B” in the event the Geneva II talks failed indicate that the Jordanian-Syrian borders will become a major gateway to transfer advanced military equipment to the Syrian armed opposition from the US and Europe.

Globalists Unveil Socialist-backed New World Tax Regime

WEB Notes: Sensitive information is already being captured from the general public. The NSA saga has proved this. They are collecting every piece of digital information you transmit and receive. Everything.

(New American) – As various tax-funded international institutions explicitly outline plans to plunder humanity’s wealth to prop up governments drowning in odious debts, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) last week officially unveiled a new socialist-backed plot to create a global tax information-sharing regime to ensure that nobody except the establishment escapes the upcoming fleecing. Under the proposed scheme, admittedly inspired by “FATCA,” the Obama administration’s latest addition to the sprawling U.S. tax regime, governments and dictatorships worldwide will automatically share all private financial data on citizens with each other to extract as much wealth as possible from the public.
