USDA Set to Allow China Chicken in USA

WEB Notes: The food supply in this country has been outsourced and polluted. No nation that wishes to remain allows such policies. All China food products should be rejected by every American. The latest food poisoning from China involved bad pet food which killed dogs and cats in the USA.

(CBS) – Chicken from China has officials on alert, including U.S. Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) As WCBS 880’s Jim Smith reported Sunday, Schumer said first, the U.S. Department of Agriculture only allowed chickens that had been processed in China to be sold in the U.S. Now, he said the USDA plans to green-light poultry raised and slaughtered in China.

This has never happened before, and it is a bad idea, Schumer argued. “China has a terrible record on health safety, and chickens are one of the things that need the most care and inspections,” he said.

US Census Bureau claims more than 50,000,000 Americans suffer from poverty

(Voice of Russia) – According to the US Census Bureau more than 50 million of Americans are experiencing poverty and struggling with major financial issues. The worst part is that the situation is not becoming better. If to look on the living standard, the family of four is expected to spend at least $23,050 per year, everything less than that is considered poor.

A family living in a rural state usually spends about $18,000 with mortgage, a family living in California with mortgage house is likely to spend at least $35,000 to maintain a very simple lifestyle. The same research proved that the number is not coming down, concluding that 47 million Americans are below the poverty level. Report: As Many as 52 Million Americans Have Lost or Will Lose Health Insurance

(McClactchy) – Even as President Barack Obama sold a new health care law in part by assuring Americans they would be able to keep their insurance plans, his administration knew that tens of millions of people actually could lose those their policies.

“If you like your private health insurance plan, you can keep your plan. Period,” Obama said as he pitched the plan, the unqualified promise he made repeatedly.

Yet advisers did say in 2010 that there were large caveats and that anyone whose insurance plan changed would lose the promised protection of being able to keep existing plans. And a report in 2010 said that as many as 69 percent of certain employer-based insurance plans would lose that protection, meaning as many as 41 million people could lose their plans even if they wanted to keep them and would be forced into other plans. Another 11 million who bought their own insurance also could lose their plans. Combined, as many as 52 million Americans could lose or have lost old insurance plans.
