Cop’s Futile Attempts to Threaten Pedestrian Who Knows His Rights

(Video, Activist Post) – “Sir, I’m only going to ask you one more time.” Lather. Rinse. Repeat indefinitely.

A man was hassled by a cop for walking his dog at night. A cop-blocking pedestrian came to offer some accountability by simply walking up with his camera. What happens next would be truly funny if it weren’t for the fact that the bullying tactic often works to harm many Americans.

This infuriated the cop who demanded to know the man’s name. “Am I being detained?” was all the man repeated in a respectful manner, also emphasizing that he does not consent to answer questions.

No. 2 US nuke chief suspended over gambling probe

WEB Notes: So our government can break our Constitution via, privacy, gun and free speech issues to name a few but this guy is in trouble over gambling? There is much more to this story. If you will recall from months back there were other high ranking officers who were canned for small issues like this. It would appear these boys are not a part of the “club.”

(RT) – The general in charge of all US nuclear offensive forces has suspended his deputy, Navy Vice Adm. Tim Giardina, over his suspected role in a casino scandal that involved “a significant monetary amount” of counterfeit gambling chips.

Air Force Gen. Robert Kehler suspended Giardina on September 3 without publicly announcing the move.
Giardina is currently under state investigation by the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, but has not been arrested or charged thus far, a Strategic Command top spokeswoman, Navy Capt. Pamela Kunze, said.

Comet ISON Goes Green

(Universe Today) – As NASA and the European Space Agency prepare  their remote photojournalists – Mars Express, Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter and the Curiosity and Opportunity rovers – to capture photos of Comet ISON’s flyby of Mars early next week, amateur astronomers continue to monitor and photograph the comet from backyard observatories across the blue Earth. Several recent color photos show ISON’s bright head or nucleus at the center of  a puffy, green coma. Green’s a good omen – a sign the comet’s getting more active as it enters the realm of the inner solar system and sun’s embrace.

Islamic Terror Groups Are Killing Christians All Over The World And Obama Wants Us To Ally With Them

(DailySheeple) – Over the past couple of days, we have witnessed some absolutely horrific examples of Islamic terror groups specifically targeting Christians and those from other non-Muslim religions.  Sadly, this is not a new phenomenon.  Radical Islamic jihadists are constantly attacking churches and slaughtering Christians all over the planet.  The recent events in Pakistan, Kenya and Egypt may have taken this persecution to a new level, but this is just the continuation of a trend that has been building for years.  Unfortunately, Barack Obama does not seem too concerned about Islamic terrorism.

In fact, he specifically directed that “all references to Islam” be removed from terrorism training materials that the federal government uses.  If that wasn’t bad enough, now Obama is actually supplying weapons to the radical jihadist rebels that want to take over Syria, and he appears to be very ready to use the U.S. military to attack the Assad regime directly if “negotiations” with the Syrian government fail.  In essence, Obama wants the United States to be allies with psychotic jihadists that have the exact same radical philosophy that those who are killing Christians in Pakistan, Kenya and Egypt have. Is Obama insane?

Update 1-22-2014: Supreme Court Sets Date to Hear Hobby Lobby’s Challenge to Obamacare Abortion Pill Mandate – Click for details

Update: Hobby Lobby has informed us they will not be closing any stores. In fact, they plan on adding an additional 36-60 stores this year. They also advised us the Becket Fund is handling their legal issues with the government at this time. You may contact the Becket Fund with any questions or donations you may wish to contribute to this cause.

Make note this issue is not settled. Hobby Lobby has only won a “temporary” exemption from the new health care requirement. This fight is not over for Hobby Lobby or the other businesses being affected by overreaching government. The government cannot make laws restricting you from your right to exercise your religion.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.” – First Amendment

(CEO David Green’s interview with USA Today) – When my family and I started our company 40 years ago, we were working out of a garage on a $600 bank loan, assembling miniature picture frames. Our first retail store wasn’t much bigger than most people’s living rooms, but we had faith that we would succeed if we lived and worked according to God’s word. From there, Hobby Lobby has become one of the nation’s largest arts and crafts retailers, with more than 500 locations in 41 states. Our children grew up into fine business leaders, and today we run Hobby Lobby together, as a family.

Lake Charles pastor shot to death during church service

WEB Notes: Still ready to get rid of the 2nd amendment? Many Christians wrongly think God will protect them at every corner of their life. This is untrue! God will protect His Elect because they have a specific purpose in these end times. Everyone else has free will, free will for the good and bad people of this world. What did God always make the Israelites do? Do the work themselves. War themselves, He was with them, but He made them put forth the actual work. Think about that. This church apparently didn’t teach the flock about protection, or the criminal would have only made it a few feet inside the church before he was sent back to our Father.

(KPLC) – A pastor was shot and killed during a church service on Friday night in Calcasieu Parish.

According to Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Kim Myers, it happened around 8:20 p.m. at the Tabernacle of Praise Worship Center at 307 Deshotel Lane in Lake Charles.
