WEB Notes: This is not about “withholding Communion”. If the participants want to honestly accept Christ they are more than welcome. However, they cannot do that while actively in sin. You must first repent and then Christ will accept you. It does not mean you need to be perfect, but it does mean you need to have a change of heart.
