Bible Question and Answer
Name: Aurora S.
Question: I praise and thank Father God for this site wherein the Bible studies provided have given me wonderful truth and am still desiring for more understanding the Father’s Word.
I am a pastor’s wife and a deaconess, and still attending church with him because it’s my duty to support him. But in my heart and mind, I am so much crying out to Father God because I know our church always teach about rapture and for me all pastors feeds the congregation only milk and not the meat.
Since I knew the truth in God’s Word last march 2016, I already told my family about rapture theory. But they simply reject it and evade me so as not to talk about it anymore. I even stopped attending church with them for 2 months but our relationship with each other became colder than ice. And so I give in, I started to attend again church services, but deep inside me, I long for God’s Truth to be taught, but I cannot do something about it. I love my family and my church family so much.. I really want them to know the Truth in God’s Word.
What I do now and I think its not enough, I composed songs which tells true messages of what I now know, and mostly some of the lyrics came from the Bible. And I’m singing these now in our church services.
Finally, my question is,
Am I still not following Father God’s command to tell them the Truth? I know when the time comes Satan will be here, I have to protect my family and stand by the Truth in God’s Word,

Answer: Thank you for the question Aurora. It is great to hear our site has helped you, we thank our Father for that.
Aurora, we think you are doing a very good job and you have provided a great example for the rest of us. As a pastor’s wife I can certainly understand the pressure that is on you to believe in the church doctrine. I think it is very admirable that you made a stand for the Truth and tried to share it with your family. Not very many people would be able to do what you did especially considering your position.
Further, you decided to make peace with your family after they refused to listen when it caused problems with your relationship. That is absolutely perfect. Not everyone is going to hear the Truth Aurora, God blinded many of them to the Truth for their own good (Romans 11:7). Family is a wonderful thing and we should all treasure that. I know it is very difficult to see family and friends being misguided by false religion, but all we can do is plant the seed of Truth (1 Corinthians 3:6-8). It is up to God to make that seed of Truth grow, not us. Even when the seeds grow, it is never overnight, but over the course of time. Remember that and enjoy your family as it sounds like you are.
Understanding when it is time to hold your peace is very important. I cannot tell you how many people have pushed away family and friends because they do not know when to stop talking.
While you are in a church that is not teaching properly from what you have explained, no one is stopping you from your own personal beliefs. God understands where your heart lies and you never know, maybe our Father will use you to turn the congregation back to Him during the Tribulation and deception of Satan (Jeremiah 17:11). The Saints who are the Elect will have many roles to fill during that time. In the meantime sharing your songs with the congregation may spur some questions in the future from those in attendance.
Personally, I would not bring up the subjects that caused division between you and your family again. If they ask you about it, then go for it, but if not, let it rest. You tried to share and they rejected it. Remember, only our Father can make the seed grow. You did your part already and I know our Father is extremely impressed for the stand you made. Stay strong in the Word and continue to grow in it, do not make any compromises.
Thank you for sharing your experience and question with us. I know it will be encouraging to many other people.
The False Hope of the Rapture
Question: Hi.. Can you please explain why in Matthew 24 it talks about one person being taken and the other being left? Thank you!
Name: Brandon T. Ward
Answer: Karen, thank you for the question.
Matthew 24 is about the end of this age of flesh, the Return of Christ and describes the events we will see take place just before His Return. Anytime we study, we need to ensure we pickup the subject before really digging into a verse. That typically will provide the clarity we are looking for.
Turn your Bible with me to,
36 “But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.”
What “day and hour“? What did the Disciples ask Christ in Matthew 24:3? “Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?” That is the “day and hour” we are talking about. The Return of Christ.
37 “But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.”
Our Lord and Savior just provided us a big indicator here. The end of this age of flesh, the moments just before His Return will be as in the days of Noah.
38 “For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,”
The people were carrying on with no regard for our Father. Meanwhile, Noah and his family were busy working, they were building the ark they would need to survive the flood our Father would bring on the region.
39 “And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.”
The people who failed to listen to our Father never knew a flood was coming and they did not realize it until it was too late. We have outlined this is exactly what is going to transpire in detail in the future as well in our study, “The Timeline of the Tribulation: Chapter 6 – The Hour of Temptation“.
40 “Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.”
Christ already laid it out for us. The subject is His Return and He said it would be just like the days of Noah. Think about that. If one is taken what happened to them? They were swept away by the flood! Looking toward the time of the Tribulation what flood are we taking about? Satan’s flood of lies and deception (ensure you read Chapter 6 as mentioned above). The time when Satan will stand on the earth claiming to be our Father (2 Thessalonians 2).
Naturally the one left would be just as Noah and his family. They were not taken away by the flood and in the future sense they were not taken by Satan’s flood of lies, instead they make a stand for God.
41 “Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.”
Christ provides us another example which helps us better understand. In God’s Word we are given many examples that include the natural things in life and occupations as we see here. Notice, Christ in verse 40 and 41 both listed jobs. There were two in the field and two grinding in the mill. Take this to another level, they were putting in work. Work for who? Christ. That is our mission in life to spread the Gospel to the entire world, sharing it with those who are willing to listen (Mark 16:15).
42 “Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.”
No one knows the “day or hour” of His Return. But there are many signs that indicate we are in fact living in the final generation. I do want to add, in no way shape or form was Christ talking about a rapture. There is no such thing and we have completely documented that in our study, “The False Hope of the Rapture“.
Question: Hi Brandon,
Thank you so much for your insight! I have just discovered your website and find it fascinating!
I have four questions to make sense of what I have read already please:
1. Why are the children of Satan not giants when Satan is also a fallen Angel? We should be able to tell them apart in that case.
2. Were Adam and Eve in their true/spiritual bodies before they fell in the Garden of Eden and became flesh after the fall?
Name: Brandon T. Ward
Answer: Thank you for the question Charlotte, we are glad you found us. I will answer two of the questions so we can fit other questions into this weeks post. Please ensure you read our study, “The Garden of Eden: The Origins of Satan’s Seed” which will help you with some of your other questions. You are more than welcome to re-submit them if you still have trouble understanding.
I will answer your questions by numbering them as you have numbered your questions.
#1: Let me provide a little background for those who may not be familiar with giants. In Genesis 6 we read of the angels who left Heaven and came to earth in order to have sexual intercourse with the daughters of Adam. This was done in an attempt to destroy the blood line of Christ which had to remain pure. You can document this in our study, “As In The Days Of Noah And The End Times Flood Of Lies“.
It is extremely important to understand Satan is not a fallen angel. While Satan certainly roamed the earth freely at one point in time he is not considered a fallen angel. He is their leader though. Satan’s children do not appear as giants today as there was no way for them to keep a 100% pure blood line. What happened when Cain who was Satan’s son was banished from the Garden of Eden? Where did he go? To “the land of Nod, on the east of Eden“. What did Cain do? “Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city,” (Genesis 4:16-17). Cain’s wife was a normal human being and I am sure from the land of Nod as there was no indication Cain had a wife until he arrived in the Land of Nod.
The point is, Cain could very well have been a giant himself which I believe is most probably though it cannot be documented. Nevertheless, Cain would mix his blood with that of natural humans and over thousands of years it diluted it to the point where the giant stature was gone. I highly doubt it took thousands of years for that to happen. Most likely a few generations at most, but you get the point considering how long ago that was.
#2: This world we live in today and since the time of Adam and the sixth day creation has been of flesh. This time we find ourselves in is in fact the second earth age. You can read about The First Earth Age in our study titled, “The World That Was, The First Earth Age“.
To be clear, Adam and Eve were never in their spiritual body in this age of flesh, not in the Garden of Eden, not before, during or after they sinned. The only time man was in their spiritual body which does not get sick, old or die was in The First Earth Age.
Question: I am constantly being told by people that Jesus was a vegetarian. I point them to Leviticus 11 and say if God wanted His children to be vegetarians, he would have never instructed us with the food laws.
What scriptures can I use to point this out to them?
Thank you and God Bless!
Name: Brandon T. Ward
Answer: Donna, thank you for the question. You did really good here. As you pointed out to them in Leviticus 11 it tells us what meat we cannot eat, so by default that means any other meat was meant to be eaten. I am not sure how they could miss that? Let me point out, when we study God’s Word always apply common sense and critical thinking. This is absolutely critical in order to understand His Word on any real level.
No where in the Bible does it say we are to be a vegetarian, vegan or anything else. You can certainly do that if you like, but our Father knows our body best and He told us we can eat meat.
God’s Word documents several times that Christ not only ate meat Himself, but helped others to do so. Please turn your Bible with me to,
42 “And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb.”
The Him spoken of here is in fact Jesus Christ. You can document that for yourself by starting with verse 36 and then skip to verse 41 where Christ says, “Have ye here any meat?” In this 42nd verse the Disciples provided Christ with the meat He requested.
43 “And he took it, and did eat before them.”
That is pretty clear. Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior took the broiled fish and ate it. There is no sin in that, it was clean food.
In Matthew 14:16-21 we can document that Christ performed a miracle and with just five loaves of bread and two fish which fed 5,000 men not counting the woman and children! As a side note, not only did this miracle feed 5,000 men in addition to their families, there were even leftovers.
As we close out this Bible Q&A I do want to include we are not to eat swine and shellfish among the other things documented in Leviticus 11. The Christian should understand those who eat swine are like smoke in the nose of God (Isaiah 65:4-5). That is a very irritating sensation, our Father is not pleased by it. He created our bodies and knows what is good and bad for them. Our Father never cleansed swine for consumption. I encourage those new to this topic to read the Bible Q&A linked below.
