15 “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
When we rightly divide the Word of God it means we are not taking His Word out of context. It means we are rightly applying His Word to the rest of scripture.
I tell you what Brian, this is how you know when you are rightly dividing the Word.
It means that your Biblical beliefs will not contradict anything else in Scripture.
