Question: Can you explain the difference between the wife and the bride of Christ?

Answer: Thank you for the question Trish.
I do not believe there is a difference between the two. If you look up the two words; “bride” and “wife” in the Strong’s Concordance you will find there certainly is a difference between the two words though.
“Bride” is more of a reference to a young married woman while “wife” simply means wife or woman. God’s Word has certainly been written on many levels, but Scripture does not declare a difference between the two.
Let us document that, please turn your Bible with me to,
9 “And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb’s wife.”
The bride and wife are one and the same.
Who is the bride (those who love and stand for our Father)?
The Lamb’s wife, who will participate in the Great Wedding at the end of the Tribulation and she will spiritually marry the Lamb who is Jesus Christ, (John 1:29, see: The Oil Of The Ten Virgins).
