Bayer: ‘mRNA Vaccines Are An Example Of Cell And Gene Therapy’

During the 2021 World Health Summit, Stefan Oelrich, president of Bayer’s Pharmaceuticals Division said,

We are really taking that leap (to drive innovation), us as a company, Bayer, in cell and gene therapies.

Oelrich went on to say,

Ultimately the mRNA vaccines are an example for that cell and gene therapy. I always like to say: if we had surveyed two years ago in the public – ‘would you be willing to take a gene or cell therapy and inject it into your body?’ – we probably would have had a 95% refusal rate.

Oelrich made these statements while discussing the COVID-19 vaccine and pandemic. He states very clearly, mRNA vaccines are more akin to “cell or gene therapy” than they are to a traditional vaccine.

For me, there is no doubt about it, health officials have rebranded the term “vaccine” or “vaccination” to essentially become “cell or gene therapy” without using that phrase. This has certainly made mRNA vaccines (cell or gene therapy) more acceptable to the public.

What Are Traditional And mRNA Vaccines?

Traditional vaccines contain live viruses in a weakened form that are injected into the individual. Our bodies then attack and destroy the weakened virus, thus our body builds a defense against future infection.

mRNA vaccines are a whole new animal.

mRNA vaccines do not contain an infectious virus at all.

Instead, they contain genetic material called, messenger RNA (mRNA) that is transferred into our cells via tiny oily envelopes called lipid nanoparticles. In laymen’s terms, mRNA is essentially work orders that tell our cells how to defeat a virus that might infect us.

So we are talking about two totally different things here. A traditional vaccine is not an mRNA vaccine and vise versa.

In the end folks, everyone is really making a play on mRNA vaccines.

What is the reality?

The fact of the matter is very simple, as Oelrich stated, mRNA vaccines are a type of cell and gene therapy. The difference here is, they do not alter our DNA, (Learn about DNA).

In fact, mRNA never enters the nucleus of our cell, (see: Do mRNA vaccines work by altering human DNA?). That is where our DNA is stored.

So in that sense, the mRNA vaccines are not gene therapy, but they are cell therapy. They are programming our bodies to fight some infection.

So do you see the play on the term everyone is using here?

However, when you get right down to it, isn’t that the point of a vaccine?

To teach your body how to fight off some infection?

So I think a lot of people out there have fallen for these pitfalls. Pitfalls setup by using the term vaccine, which has caused confusion, and concern in the public eyes. The medical establishment always needs to be honest and forthcoming as to what they are presenting to the public.

Rebranding the term vaccine is a bit disingenuous in my book. As Oelrich said, had the medical establishment called the “mRNA COVID-19 vaccine” the “mRNA COVID-19 cell/gene therapy”, everyone would have been scared away from it.

Yet, that is where the medical establishment needs to be open and honest with the public. They cannot simply smooth over the details. This leads to mistrust, though most of the population has been more than willing to take the jab.

This brings me to another point of contention…

Did The CDC Change The Definition Of Vaccine?

Sure, but why is that such a surprise to so many people?

It’s changed a few times over the years actually. If you jump to the Web Archive, you will see in 2014 the CDC categorized the following terms:

• Immunization: The process by which a person or animal becomes protected against a disease. This term is often used interchangeably with vaccination or inoculation.
• Vaccination: Injection of a killed or weakened infectious organism in order to prevent the disease.
• Vaccine: A product that produces immunity therefore protecting the body from the disease. Vaccines are administered through needle injections, by mouth and by aerosol.

Those same definitions are no longer present on the same CDC webpage. There is no longer a reference to a killed or weakened organism.

Why?

They are using mRNA vaccination now, though has that changed across the board?

Not to my knowledge, so perhaps, this is a bit disingenuous as well, even though it accurately reflects the mRNA vaccine definition.

By the way, the CDC didn’t change this new definition across the board.

Today, this is what “vaccine” means on the CDC’s glossary page.

Vaccine: A suspension of live (usually attenuated) or inactivated microorganisms (e.g. bacteria or viruses) or fractions thereof administered to induce immunity and prevent infectious diseases and their sequelae. Some vaccines contain highly defined antigens (e.g., the polysaccharide of Haemophilus influenzae type b or the surface antigen of hepatitis B); others have antigens that are complex or incompletely defined (e.g. Bordetella pertussis antigens or live attenuated viruses).

You know, I sort of find some of this amusing myself.

You have people on both sides of the aisle here doing whatever they can to support their position. Some people are exaggerating the positives and some people are exaggerating the negatives of this mRNA vaccine.

For myself, it always seems like the truth is in the middle somewhere, just as we found today in this article.

So what can we say about the mRNA vaccine?

Closing Thoughts

In order to answer that question, we have to weigh the COVID-19 virus itself. In order to have a need for something (vaccine), there must be a reason for that need.

So then, does the COVID-19 virus dictate the need for such a massive vaccination campaign, across the globe?

The answer is absolutely not, but you’re not going to find that statement on television or at the World Health Summit.

The fact of the matter is very simple, the COVID-19 virus is a mild virus according to the CDC. A virus with a 99.9% survival rate.

Further, we have been talking about vaccine slash cell/gene therapies that are in the experimental stage to a large degree. Experimental therapies that are not rightfully being labeled what they are.

Yet, people are being ostracized and fired from their jobs for not taking these vaccine/cell/gene therapies that are experimental to a large degree.

Why?

Regardless of what we have covered and regardless of the medical establishment’s intentions here. The fact of the matter is very simple. Since 2020, there has been a massive push to modify our world. To change it in new ways across the board.

The vaccination agenda is only one of those aspects which provides massive control over the people through compliance.

In fact, there is an entire Bio-Revolution underway. It includes the transformation of our economies and societies. That is exactly what the United Nations mentioned back when this whole COVID thing kicked off.

In nearly everything these days, we are going to see global pushes for change. It’s where the world is going, we have entered the modern Tower of Babel.
