Alan Dershowitz is a lawyer, civil liberties advocate, and Harvard Law School professor. Dershowitz helped defend President Trump during his Senate impeachment trial.
Dershowitz was recently interviewed about vaccines and government power. Dershowitz stated,
“Let me put it very clearly, you have no constitutional right to endanger the public and spread disease, even if you disagree. You have no right not to be vaccinated, you have no right not to wear a mask, you have no right to open up your business.”
Of course, Dershowitz never cited his source. It certainly was not from the Constitution as he claims. Nevertheless, Dershowitz continued,
“If you refuse to be vaccinated, the state has the power to literally take you to a doctor’s office and plunge a needle into your arm.”
These are the people who claim to know what the Constitution says. They change the rule of law into a lie. Folks, the Constitution is not written in another language, it is written in English believe it or not. We can all read it, and this guy is a fraud, and a part of a rotten gene pool. One that continues to make statements like this if you are paying attention.
Dershowitz was not done causing panic and fear. He went on to say,
“That’s what a democracy is about If the majority of the people agree and support that, for public health measures, you have to be vaccinated, you have to be vaccinated.
This shows you how mentally rotten people like Dershowitz are. They distort the truth, turning it into a lie, they are good at that.

The United States is not a “democracy” which is mob rule. We are a “Republic” which is the rule of law. The law being our Constitution.
Dershowitz said, but we have an alternative!
They should give you an alternative. The alternative is to live in your home, don’t get vaccinated, but never ever leave your home or live in a bubble. But if you want to interact with other people, you cannot become Typhoid Mary. The Constitution doesn’t give you the right to spread your illness to other people.”
The fact that such words exist is extremely disturbing to me. I hope it is disturbing to you as well. President Trump recently said, ‘We’re Mobilizing Our Military To Distribute COVID-19 Vaccine’.
Might be about time to speak up, and tell your local government how you feel…
