I about got sick listening to this gal in a TEDx explain how pedophilia is “an unchangeable sexual orientation”. I hope most other people still find that disturbing as well.
In the video I will share below, a medical student named Mirjam Heine (in 2018) is quoted as saying,
Let me be very clear here. Abusing children is wrong without any doubt. But a pedophile who doesn’t abuse children has done nothing wrong. I want to quickly summarize where we are at the moment. According to current research, pedophilia is an unchangeable sexual orientation, just like for example heterosexuality. No one chooses to be a pedophile. No one can cease being one.
She is simply trying to justify pedophiles here. Something we all knew would happen once the population embraced homosexuality. It was naturally the next step in sinful progression.
How she can compare what is natural to what is unnatural is beyond me and really shows what our colleges are teaching our youth these days.

For the record, the American Psychiatric Association (APA) still considers pedophilia to be a mental disorder. I wonder how long that will last?
Mankind Changes, God Never Changes
You see, that is how it goes with mankind. We change, we blow with the wind. One day this may be right and true, and the next day we find an excuse to erase what was right and true yesterday and replace it with something else.
God, on the other hand, does not operate that way, He never changes, (Malachi 3:6). That is why we can count on Him and His Word. His promises are always valid, and His Truths will always be truth.

With that in mind, I want to remind you what Jesus said about messing with the children.
Do Not Offend The Children
Turn your Bible with me to,
Matthew 18:6
But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
Now those are the words of Jesus Christ, if you don’t like them, take it up with Him. I am just the messenger. The point here is, you do not mess with the children, certainly not those who believe in Jesus Christ.
In order for us to really understand this verse, we need to understand the meaning of the word “offend”.
To “scandalize”; to entrap, that is, trip up (figuratively stumble [transitively] or entice to sin, apostasy or displeasure): – (make to) offend.
Jesus is telling us, those who entice children to sin by making them do or be a part of scandalous acts would be better off drowning in the depth of the sea.
We are to protect and nurture the children. They are innocent and they are easily led by adults. No one should take advantage of a child in any way, shape, or form and those that do will pay a price for doing so.
