Peace With North Korea Could Be A Reality, What Does the Bible Say?

North Korea Peace
Is peace with North Korea a possibility, what does the Bible say?

If you are a student of Bible prophecy, the last few weeks have been pretty interesting for you. First, Syria including their capital of Damascus was directly attacked by US and allied forces which brings Isaiah 17 to our mind.

Then we saw the video of US National Security Advisor John Bolton stating (with respect to Iran), “the only solution is to change the regime itself. And that’s why, before 2019, we here will celebrate in Tehran!

Will Iran be overthrown before the end of this year?

No, that is highly unlikely, but it proves, that is the globalists plan, which of course ties right into Bible prophecy.

This week, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un will suspend missile testing and close a nuclear test site, all in an effort to make peace with the world.

“From April 21, North Korea will stop nuclear tests and launches of intercontinental ballistic missiles. The North will shut down a nuclear test site in the country’s northern side to prove the vow to suspend nuclear test.” –  Korean Central News Agency, Yonhap News

This is an enormous step for North Korea who for years has threatened the United States will missile fire. Of course, that talk has always been hyperbole as we have pointed out. Regardless, months ago US President Donald Trump fired back with his own hyperbolic statements of war toward North Korea.

At times, it appeared as if war was imminent. Yet, for those who are wise, you know being a leader of a nation means you are also a good poker player.

We should know, war is not needed between the United States and North Korea. North Korea is far too poor and their military capacity to strike the United States is lacking in ability. So the easiest path for North Korea is to make peace and so far Donald Trump seems to be impressed.

We are seeing a grand consolidation of powers in the world at this point in time.

The nations who will not bend to the will of the globalists, the current global structure from “The Timeline of the Tribulation,” are being attacked under whatever pretense is accepted by the world. However, some nations will bend to the will of the globalists, and it now appears that North Korea is one of them. We should note, in 2000, they came close to peace.

Bible Prophecy

So how does this all tie into Bible prophecy?

Turn your Bible with me to,

Matthew 24:6
6 “And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.”

One of the most often cited verses concerning discussion of the end times. “Wars and rumors of wars,” do not be troubled by them as Christ explained to us.

War has always been with us, and as time has progressed, those wars have become more intense and destructive.

But what does verse 8 tell us?

Matthew 24:8
8 “All these are the beginning of sorrows.”

That is just the beginning of the world’s sorrows, and those sorrows are not limited to war so we are clear.

I want you to understand, just as the poor will always be with us, war will always be with us. That is, until the True Prince of Peace returns which does not take place until after Satan and his angels appear on earth claiming to be God and His Kingdom.

War or Peace

The verse I am most interested in today does not concern war.

Turn your Bible with me too,

1 Thessalonians 5:1
1 “But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.”

We are specifically talking about the end of this age of flesh here, the Tribulation that will come upon the entire world.

1 Thessalonians 5:2
2 “For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.”

Now most Christians stop reading their Bibles right about here, but you must keep reading.

The Day of the Lord, who does it appear to as a “thief in the night“?

Not the studied Christian, we are going to skip ahead to verse four.

1 Thessalonians 5:4
4 “But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.”

This day, The Day of the Lord which begins the Millenial reign will not overtake you as a thief in the night.

Why?

1 Thessalonians 5:5
5Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.”

We are children of light and He is that Light. If He is for us, who can be against us, (John 1:5;8-9, Romans 8:31)?

The answer no one.

If you have studied His Letter (the Bible), then you have a good understanding of the events that will befall the world. You understand true Bible Prophecy, you understand the False Messiah, Satan will appear on earth before Christ claiming to be Him.

This is how The Day of the Lord does not overtake you as a thief. You understand the signs and what must come to pass before His Return. It does not mean we know the day or hour of His Return, but it does mean we know the signs and in what order they will come to pass.

1 Thessalonians 5:6
6Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.”

This is why we have been issued such warnings.

Do not sleep, this does not mean we cannot go to bed or take a nap. This is symbology, do not be spiritually asleep, keep those Bibles open, and understand what is transpiring in our world and how it applies to the Bible and the end of this age of flesh.

Now the verse we came to Thessalonians for.

1 Thessalonians 5:3
3 “For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.”

When they shall say, “peace and safety“…

Who says, “peace and safety“?

The world, the world leaders, the leaders of the current global structure. When they cry for “peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them“.

I believe these words will ultimately be fulfilled when the sixth kingdom (current global structure) suffers the Deadly Wound and finally fails which will occur after the conflict with the Ram (Persia), better known as Iran today.

Until that future event, we will have these little calls for peace, as we see with North Korea today and we have had calls for peace for some time now.

We should be careful to note, in 1945 the Korea’s broke a part and just three years later many global organizations were formed. Namely, the United Nations and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). Do not overlook those calls for peace, as that is exactly what they were, and they continue to this day.

Bible Prophecy does not come to pass all in one day, it progresses over time and we must be patient for that. Remember, “beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day,” (2 Peter 3:8).
