Yesterday, the Wisconsin Supreme Court struck down Governor Tony Evers’ lockdown order! Praise God for that.
According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel this marks,
“The first time a statewide order of its kind has been knocked down by a court of last resort.”
They went on to report,
“The state’s highest court sided with Republican lawmakers Wednesday in a decision that curbed the Evers administration’s power to act unilaterally during public health emergencies.”
I have to point out the media spin here. The Wisconsin Supreme Court did not side with Republicans, they sided with THE PEOPLE.
This is not about Democrat or Republican, and this is not about a virus.
This is about what is right and wrong.
This is about our rights, not politics.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court did the right thing, and more state judges better step up and do the right thing.
If our Republic falls, it will not comeback, and we will enter the darkest point in world history.
