If you said, 18,000 – 46,000 people you are correct!
Now if I was turning in a statistics paper, and left that margin of error, I would have failed the class folks.
The margin here is 2.5x!

Now factor in the coronavirus and look at the mainstream media and governments who are causing mass fear and hysteria.
