Stop Making This About Race

As a nation, we need to stop thinking from a racial perspective. When we think along the lines of race, by definition, that causes division. This division keeps people from working together. That is why the mainstream media is promoting the racial message. It keeps us divided.

Let this verse bring clarity to the situation that is dividing our nation.

But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.

1 Samuel 16:7

God created all of the people, all of the races. We are all God’s Family. Do you like strife in your family? Of course not, neither does God like to see strife among His Family which we are all a part of.

Mainstream Media Promotes Hate

The mainstream media and the talking heads continue to promote hatred between races. They preach and promote ideas of inequality and social injustice as if we live in the early 1900s still.

Yes, a black man was killed by a white cop. It is terrible. Let me ask, do you honestly think the cop meant to murder George Floyd?

Probably not, but that is irrelevant. The cop chose to keep his knee on Floyd’s neck which killed him. Nothing can be done to bring Floyd back, however, the law will punish the cop for his actions as it should. So justice will be served. Floyd’s family will see justice.

We should also remember the mainstream media only promotes the agenda that will keep the people divided. Black cops do kill white men, the statistics prove that. However, that scenario does not fit in with the narrative to keep the people divided.

Unfortunately, to the populous, the TV is the truth, there is no other truth than what comes through that screen or this screen you are reading on.

Social Injustice?

Every time I hear the words social injustice due to race I cannot help but remind myself the year is 2020. We just had a black President. How can we still preach about inequality under such circumstances? Obama the former President received an enormous amount of support from the white community.

Nevertheless, the idea of hate, division, and racism continues to be pushed by the mainstream media. There are never any attempts to unify the people, that of course would be counter productive to the globalist agenda.

The South

Let me tell you what I have experienced. I have spent time in the south which is supposed to be the racist capital if we listen to the mainstream media. We have spent time in the backwoods, not just the city. In all our time there, we never encountered this capital of racism.

Instead, we found the most amazing culture anywhere in the country! Blacks and whites all getting along no matter their background. Treating each other with respect, all with more focus on God.

Look, I am not saying racism does not exist. I am saying it is being overreported. Racism and hate will always exist everywhere in this world as there will always be evil people. That goes for every race, every person.

Policies That Create Racism

Years ago Affirmative Action became policy which stated employers must have a certain number of minority workers. Personally, I think that is wrong, that is racist in of itself.

That actually led to creating yet another form of racism. There are numerous untold reports of Caucasians who were unable to get a job or promotion because they were white. I myself was a victim of this as well. When we divide among race, religion I do not care what it is, it never comes out good for the people.

Remember, God loves those who love Him, regardless of our skin color. We are all humans and we all have a soul.

Organizations Dividing By Race

Something I found disturbing last week, the National Football League is considering giving teams advantages for hiring minority coaches. To me, that is wrong and only continues to fuel racism in this country. The best man should win the job, period. We are way past racism as we once knew it. Obama’s election is proof of that. There were no riots when he was elected, he was embraced by all races.

I want you to think about something else, we have organizations like the United Negro College, but we do not have a United Caucasian College, or Asian or Mexican College. We have a National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, but not a National Association for the Advancement of White People. We have numerous black-only organizations in this country, but we do not have any white only organizations in this country.

That is all wrong, and promotes racism.

How?

It creates division among the people. When we divide like this, we divide ourselves from one another.

My personal friends are of all colors and backgrounds, you know why? I like all people as long as they are good people, and the bad ones we try to help. We try to bring a little God into their life.

Growing Up

In reality, when the races are not being told to hate each other, or divide themselves from one another, they get along very well. I spent many of my teenage years in a black neighborhood. Crime ridden, and so on, one of the worst cities at the time. Regardless, my brother and I constantly put together games of football in the street with whoever wanted to play.

We were just about the only white kids in the neighborhood and guess what?

We all got along.

We all played together.

We all laughed together.

We all grew up together and our friendships lasted.

You know why?

We did not let anyone tell us we should hate each other because of the color of our skin. We did not let anyone tell us one was better than the other, or one was treated better than the other. We blocked that all out and enjoyed each other’s company.

I have seen it.

I have been there.

I lived it.

I also learned when you grow up poor with less than nothing, it takes work to get out of that situation. No one came and helped my family out of the mess we were in because we were white. We had to do it, we had to work, we had to go to college and work some more. That is how you make it in this world, by working as God told us, (2 Thessalonians 3:10).

Our Leaders Are Not Helping

Friends, our so-called leaders do not have this thing figured out. They keep focusing on the division instead of the unification. Even our President cannot seem to call the Mayors and Governors of the cities rioting to work out a plan. He has not even addressed the nation. Instead, he resorts to insults on Twitter.

Look, when someone insults you, you are not going to listen to anything they have to say. All of our politicians are children these days my friends, (Isaiah 3:4). Insulting one another as if that will fix our problems.

Then all the celebrities and public figures are no where to be found. Great leaders we have today.

A Unified World

The only way the people can stand is by turning off the TV and going out into the streets and shaking hands with one another. Cleaning up our communities together. Working together, and building together. No one will do it for us.

God does not see color, we do, we see color and then we divide by it and allow ourselves to be divided by it. Stop the hate, stop the blame games.

I know, I live in a fantasy world, but the truth be told. It is a world that will exist one day my friends. These dreams of oneness where evil does not prosper will exist one day.

In that day

God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

Revelation 21:4

That day will begin the Eternity where those who love God will live forever with Him in a Paradise of Peace. I look forward to that day, now more than ever before.
