Good news, Spain will not force a mandatory vaccination program on its citizens. Now for the bad news, Spain will create a “register” of everyone who refuses the COVID-19 vaccine.
The vaccine will not be mandatory, said Health Minister Salvador Illa, but whoever decides not to do so will be included in a “register” which will then be shared with other European Union countries.

This means, refusing the vaccine will comeback to haunt those who make the brave decision. There will most likely be travel restrictions put in place for those who refuse to comply.
Canada has considered doing the same thing, punishing those who refuse to be vaccinated.
2020 has ramped up our world toward a global totalitarian agenda. Don’t lose sight of that, all of this is happening without a truly global government in place.
I have to add, this is also a precursor, an example of the Mark of the Beast. Those who refuse the mark when Satan is on earth, the one who claims to be God, will not be able to “buy or sell”.
