WEB Notes: Exciting times we live in my friends. Yesterday a “deal” with Greece was struck by the International Community that will “save” them from economic collapse. Yet, the deal did nothing to actually save the country itself, it will only enslave them further. In addition, the “deal” is not complete as it has not been adopted by Greece itself. How does this related to the “deal” six world powers just agreed too with Iran? First off Daniel 8 jumps right out and while we know the scriptures there are not talking about these events we need to take note as both nations are mentioned there and at this hour it should perk our ears right up. Greece and Iran are both in the news a day a part with respect to historic events, coincidence? I do not think so and Daniel 8 gives us some signs right before the appearance of Satan himself. I think we should all take note of this and open the scriptures and read over Daniel 8 once again. With respect to the deal it will keep Iran from producing enough material to create a nuclear bomb for ten years with inspections being conducted by the international community including military sites. In return world powers will lift the sanctions that have been imposed on Iran. Obama has already said he welcomes debate from the US Congress, but will veto their attempt to block passage of the bill which will effectively remove sanctions on Iran. Your president sounds like a pretty agreeable guy. Take note here this agreement along with the Greece deal both came from world powers. These are all peace talks, peace talks that appear to be taking shape, but they will not hold true or last. How can we be so sure? Because our Father’s Word has already stated as much.
1 Thessalonians 5:3-6
3 “For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.”
Who is them? Those who are crying peace and who is crying peace? The international community. It simply will not stand, there will never be true world peace though it will get very close to it.
4 “But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.”
5 “Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.”
6 “Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.”
None of this is a shock to those who know our Father’s Word. We are not of the night, we dwell in the Light of our Father.
U.S., world powers reach historic deal with Iran
Source: Politico | If it succeeds, the agreement could upgrade Obama’s checkered foreign policy legacy, as well provide a crowning achievement for Kerry’s 30-year political career. Analysts call it one of the modern era’s most important arms control agreements, in a league with the 1970 international Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and the 1994 START nuclear missile treaty between the U.S. and the Soviet Union.
Some believe it could begin to normalize relations between Iran and the West after three decades of cold war, although Obama and Kerry have denied that is their goal, while others predict that an emboldened Iran will seek greater dominance across the Middle East. But on Tuesday the European Union’s top foreign policy official, Frederica Mogherini, called the pact “much more than a nuclear deal,” adding: “It can open a new chapter.”
Congress will review the deal, and is likely to vote to prevent Obama from suspending sanctions on Iran — a measure Obama is sure to veto. In that scenario, the votes of a few dozen Senate Democrats could become decisive in a veto override battle. – Read More – Politico

Netanyahu: Iran Deal ‘Historic Mistake for the World’

Obama On Iran Nuclear Deal: It ‘Is Not Built On Trust’
Source: CBS | The accord will keep Iran from producing enough material for a nuclear weapon for at least 10 years and impose new provisions for inspections of Iranian facilities, including military sites. And it marks a dramatic break from decades of animosity between the United States and Iran, countries that alternatively call each other the “leading state sponsor of terrorism” and the “the Great Satan.”
Touting the deal in an early morning news conference from the White House, President Barack Obama said one of the greatest dangers facing the U.S. today was the “risk is that nuclear weapons swill spread to more and more countries, particularly in the Middle East, the most volatile region in our world.”
Obama said Iran’s path to a nuclear weapon has been “cut off.”
In a message to Congress, Obama said that he will “veto any legislation that prevents the successful implementation of this deal.”
“I welcome a robust debate in Congress on this issue, and I welcome scrutiny of the details of this agreement,” Obama said. “But I will remind Congress that you don’t make deals like this with your friends.”
Obama said that the deal “is not built on trust, it is built on verification.”
Obama stressed there would be “very real consequences for a violation” of the agreement by Iran, and warned opponents in the U.S. and Israel that without the agreement there “would be no lasting constraints on Iran’s nuclear program.”
“This is a historic moment,” Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said as he attended a final session alongside his counterparts from the so-called P5+1; the United States, Britain, China, France, Germany and Russia, in Vienna on Tuesday morning. “We are reaching an agreement that is not perfect for anybody, but it is what we could accomplish, and it is an important achievement for all of us. Today could have been the end of hope on this issue. But now we are starting a new chapter of hope.”
