Question 1:

Name: Cynthia
Question: I was wandering if everybody will hear the trumpets blow (Rev:8:6 ) when the first first angel sounds the trumpet? What a great website – I have learned so much – thanks, God Bless Cynthia

Answer:

Name: Brandon T. Ward
Answer: Thank you for the question Cynthia and you are very welcome.

I do not believe we will hear an audible sound on earth and the Bible does not indicate that we will either.

The Trumpets, Seals and Vials are really symbolic and given to us for an example so we could understand what will take place during the end times.

For example a Seal is placed on a letter in order to conceal a message until it is time for it to be opened by a specific individual. When it is time you open the letter breaking the seal to reveal the message and understand what it means. With respect to the seals in the Bible we are expected to understand what is contained within the Seal in order to understand the final events of this age.

A Trumpet was used during war to signal a call to action. For example, you have troops on one end of the battle field ready for war and the only way to signal to attack is with the sound of a trumpet. The same applies to God’s Word. When the Trumpet sounds that mean the action has now started.

Finally we have the Vial. When I hear the word vial I think of a test tube in a science lab. However, the meaning is far different than what we commonly think. “Vial” is Strong’s word 5357 in Revelation 16:2 and it means, “a broad shallow cup“. We are really talking about a shallow saucer. This vial contains our Father’s Wrath and when it comes out, it comes all at once.

We all should note no matter how bad His Wrath sounds our Father is only angry at those who do not follow His Word and love Him. He is not angry with you or I. It is a fact that we could be right in the middle of that battle we discussed earlier and not a single hair would be harmed on our head (Luke 21:18). God’s Word is full of examples that back up that statement.

Question 2:

Name: Friday
Question: Is it good for a woman or lady to go church without covering her head?

Answer:

Name: Brandon T. Ward
Answer: Friday thank you for the question.

You are referring to 1 Corinthians 11. Unfortunately, it is commonly taught that a woman must have her head covered with cloth which is not what this chapter is talking about at all. Verse 15 documents that for us alone, please turn there.

1 Corinthians 11:15
15 “But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering.”

This verse alone documents we are not talking about clothing over a woman’s head. What then should be over her head? Jesus Christ and He better be over the man’s head as well.

This entire subject is covered in 1 Corinthians 11:3-15 and the key to understanding this is verse 3.

1 Corinthians 11:3
3 “But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.”

So we have the Father, the Son, the man and the woman. The man is under Christ and the woman being under the man is naturally under Christ as well. I would like to note a man is the head of the household and that is what we are talking about here. The woman is no less important.

The entire point of verse 3 is being under our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. If we are not covered by Him we are spiritually naked.

Notice verse 10 states, “For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the angels.” Clothing or hair does not provide power, but Christ does. Why should a woman have Jesus Christ over them “because of the angels“? If you recall from the Days of Noah some of the angels “kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation” and came to earth and took wives of the daughters of Adam producing an un-holy offspring of Giants (Jude 1:6). Jesus Christ Himself told us, “as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be(Matthew 24:37).

It is this reason the woman and the man for that matter need to have the power of Christ over them. In order to protect them from the fallen angels who will appear with Satan when he is cast from Heaven to earth.

We would like to thank our Father for giving us this platform in order to spread His most precious Word. We would also like to thank our readers for submitting their questions and giving us the opportunity to share them with the audience.
