On January 17th, 1961 President Dwight Eisenhower gave a farewell address to the nation. This national address warned the American people about the dangers of the Military-Industrial Complex.
The military–industrial complex is an informal alliance between a nation’s military and the defense industry that supplies it, seen together as a vested interest which influences public policy.
Even back then, Eisenhower could see the shift in control over our nation. His warning has become our reality as we see endless wars with no purpose except to further a global agenda.
