The Rockefeller Foundation published a document in May 2010 titled, Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development. After perusing the pages, it becomes quite clear. This document did a fine job of predicting the future, or did it lay the foundation for what we have experienced during the Coronavirus Pandemic?
Lock Step
The most interesting part of this document is the Lock Step section. The subheading reads,
A world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback
Sounds interesting enough.
Let’s read some of it.
In 2012, the pandemic that the world had been anticipating for years finally hit. Unlike 2009’s H1N1, this new influenza strain—originating from wild geese—was extremely virulent and deadly. Even the most pandemic-prepared nations were quickly overwhelmed when the virus streaked around the world, infecting nearly 20 percent of the global population and killing 8 million in just seven months…
Remember, this document is looking at a future scenario from its publish date of 2010, which was ten years ago. The Rockefeller Foundation paints a disturbing picture, a future pandemic that kills 8 million people in just seven months.
Looking at the present, the Coronavirus has not killed anywhere near that number. In fact, as of this writing the Coronavirus has only killed about 150,000 people globally. Most of those who died from Coronavirus had chronic health issues to begin with. They are the same people who would die from the Seasonal Flu.

The pandemic also had a deadly effect on economies: international mobility of both people and goods screeched to a halt, debilitating industries like tourism and breaking global supply chains. Even locally, normally bustling shops and office buildings sat empty for months, devoid of both employees and customers.
That is exactly what has transpired due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. All nations in unison have acted as if they had a pre-coordinated plan. Yet, 8 million people have not died, only 150,000 people have died from Coronavirus around the globe.
This goes to show how much influence the Rockefeller Foundation, and other globalist organizations have on our governments. This influence and control are exerted by global organizations that coordinate with our government.

Without Government Intervention Virus Spreads
The pandemic blanketed the planet—though disproportionate numbers died in Africa, Southeast Asia, and Central America, where the virus spread like wildfire in the absence of official containment protocols.
Translation: In the absence of an authoritarian government, the virus was able to spread.
By definition, the Rockefeller Foundation is embracing and promoting authoritarian government. In their scenario, they are seeking to remove the rights of the people in order to prevent the virus from spreading. In their mind, during a Pandemic or other similar event, the government must overturn the law and become authoritarian.
That all becomes even more clear as we continue to analyze this document.
Freedom Means The Virus Will Spread
In developed countries, containment was a challenge. The United States’s initial policy of “strongly discouraging” citizens from flying proved deadly in its leniency, accelerating the spread of the virus not just within the U.S. but across borders.
In the mind of the Rockefeller Foundation, our Constitution amounts to “leniency”. Therefore, our Constitution should have been suspended, and replaced with authoritarian government in order to contain the spread of the future virus. This is a clear violation of our basic God-given rights.
Now, what has actually transpired during the Coronavirus Pandemic?
Our Federal Government recommended the states adopt their draconian policies, and adopt they did. Businesses were closed, along with state and federal buildings and parks. Some states required their citizens to stay indoors or be fined or jailed for failure to comply. This has been done around the globe, in unison.

Actions like this from our government signify a suspension of our Constitutional rights, and the U.S. President played his part very well.

Authoritarianism Will Contain Virus Outbreak
However, a few countries did fare better—China in particular. The Chinese government’s quick imposition and enforcement of mandatory quarantine for all citizens, as well as its instant and near-hermetic sealing off of all borders, saved millions of lives, stopping the spread of the virus far earlier than in other countries and enabling a swifter post- pandemic recovery.
The globalist Rockefeller Foundation praises Communist China for their authoritarian actions, remember, this was a future scenario, not reality. However, this is exactly what happened in China. They were the first to lock down their nation, and the rest of the world followed suit.

During the pandemic, national leaders around the world flexed their authority and imposed airtight rules and restrictions, from the mandatory wearing of face masks to body-temperature checks at the entries to communal spaces like train stations and supermarkets.

Even after the pandemic faded, this more authoritarian control and oversight of citizens and their activities stuck and even intensified.
Not only will these authoritarian controls remain according to the Rockefeller Foundation, but they will intensify. That means our freedom and rights will continue to be removed, not just in the United States, but globally.
Why would these authoritarian controls remain, and intensify?
In order to protect themselves from the spread of increasingly global problems—from pandemics and transnational terrorism to environmental crises and rising poverty—leaders around the world took a firmer grip on power.
As we can see, their future scenario is brought about by a global pandemic that ushers in a new order. In fact, this future scenario is the catalyst used to bring about “more authoritarian control” which ‘sticks’ and even “intensifies”.
This will be done in order to “protect” the people from themselves; from pandemics, terrorism, environmental problems, and poverty. All in the name of peace and safety will our rights be removed, by governments exerting a “firmer grip on power”, power they do not have, but exert anyway.

The Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development can no longer be found on the Rockefeller Foundation website, it was removed. However, by using the internet archive we can clearly see this document was once hosted at the Rockefeller Foundation. The document is in fact, genuine and accurate.
Who Are The Globalists?
We often hear the term globalists, but what does it really mean, and who does it refer too?
From an organizational standpoint, globalists are organizations like the:
- United Nations
- International Monetary Fund
- Bank Of International Settlements
Of course, this list could be an article in of itself, and would include non-government organizations (NGOs), think tanks, and other globalist groups.
