Good morning! We have ourselves a victory on this fine Monday. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled against New York Governor Cuomo and the illegal restrictions he has imposed on churches.
New Supreme Court Justice Amy Barrett helped make the 5-4 victory possible.
The Supreme Court said,
Not only is there no evidence that the applicants have contributed to the spread of COVID–19, but there are many other less restrictive rules that could be adopted to minimize the risk to those attending religious services.
Hey, praise be to God for these victories.
Governor Cuomo being a power hungry socialist said, the ruling is “irrelevant from any practical impact.”
Such disrespect for the highest court in the land. Local officials and law enforcement should respect this ruling and not enforce illegal restrictions the Governor has placed on churches or others due to COVID.
Further, the Governor should be investigated and court proceedings should begin for his violation of the law. We cannot let this go unchecked.
The Supreme Court reminded us,
“Even in a pandemic, the Constitution cannot be put away and forgotten.”
Never forget that, or we lose our country.
