Bible Question and Answer

Question 1:

Name: Jerry
Question: Brandon, I have been researching the possibility of a flat Earth and wondered what your take is on it from a Biblical perspective. FEs (Flat Earthers) claim the Holy Bible says the Earth is flat (“four corners of the Earth”) and doesn’t move (“immovable”) which is against current modern science that says it not only rotates but revolves around the sun (24 hrs/day, 66,000 mph). Since the world is full of lies & deception, I’m starting to wonder what to believe in (besides God’s Holy Word of course).

Name: Brandon T. Ward
Answer: Thank you for the question Jerry. Mary had the same question so we will answer that here. This must be a trending topic somewhere.

Good science and the Bible are perfectly in sync. The earth is round like a warped ball. The header image of our site shows a round and three dimensional earth and God’s Word declares that as we will document in a moment. To me it is real sad when people try and use the Bible to support some warped sense of reality. There is certainly a lot of confusion in these last days, but we always need to apply common sense. Look at the photographs of earth and space. Those are not fake, they document our Father’s creation and how magnificent it is!Many people have a satellite dish on their home to receive a television signal. That is not fake. Disconnect that dish and I guarantee your signal will cut out. Global Positioning System (GPS) provides navigation for us today all serviced by satellites that orbit the earth. In the communications industry we use satellites for timing to ensure electronic equipment stays in sync. Any pilot or seaman knows the earth is round. To me it sounds like these “flat earthers” need to climb out of their cave and go get some life experience. Our goal in life is to live a righteous life and spread the Gospel to the nations (Mark 16:15). We cannot do that by being closed minded. “Flat earthers” are not helping our Father by hiding their heads in the sand and denying reality because they do not understand the Bible. Please turn your Bible with me to,

1 Chronicles 16:30
30 “Fear before him, all the earth: the world also shall be stable, that it be not moved.”

This does not mean the earth does not rotate. It means the earth cannot be moved out of its heavenly place. The earth is nearly 93 million miles from the sun and that is where it is going to stay. There are plenty of verses that say the earth will not be moved. Psalms 104:5 also says this and it means the earth will not be removed from ever existing. The earth will always exist, our Father promised that. Only the age will disappear, not the earth itself. Remember, our Father uses a lot of symbolism and figures of speech in His Word and this allows a single sentence to have several different levels of understanding.

How about “the four corners of the earth“? Ask a pilot or a seaman what the four corners of the earth are and he is going to tell you it is North, South, East and West and that is exactly what it is. When Revelation 7:1 says “I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth” it is symbolic for the angels having dominion over the entire earth. North, South, East and West, all directions of the entire earth. We discussed “their” position Jerry, but what does our Father have to say about it? Turn your Bible with me to,

Isaiah 40:21
21Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning? have ye not understood from the foundations of the earth?

Our Father’s Letter is dressing us down just a bit here. We would be wise to listen, the answer is not a secret, it has been known since the beginning.

Isaiah 40:22
22 “It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:”

It is our Father in Heaven who sits, who reigns over the earth which is circular and notice the symbology used once again. We are not grasshoppers, but this documents our Father’s strength and power compared to His Creations.

The earth certainly is not flat. If we observe nature and our surroundings alone we can prove that to ourselves on top of the fact that our Father long ago told us the earth was round.

If we just observe any regular ol day we can see with our own eyes that the sun rises in the east and it sets in the west and it goes over our head in a circular motion. The sun and moon are circular in a three dimensional sense and so are the planets and stars.

Question 2:

Name: Karen
Question: Are all the traditional holidays celebrated in the U. S considered pagan? Is it wrong to celebrate thanksgiving and/or Christmas? If you get time, could you explain how I should celebrate the Passover day by day?

Name: Brandon T. Ward
Answer: Karen, thank you for the questions. I know you had several, so we are sneaking them in here for you, shh do not tell.

There is nothing wrong with celebrating non-religious holidays. I think we all enjoy those days off work and who can argue with a properly cooked turkey (Secret: cook your turkey in a brown paper bag lined with butter. Open the bag during the last 45 minutes or so to brown)?

I do not believe Jesus Christ was born on December 25th, rather Christ was conceived on the 25th which still marks the day the Word came to dwell with flesh (John 1:14). We have had plenty to say about this subject in past Bible Q&As that I would love for you to take the time to read. I will include them below. I realize God has symbolically referenced Himself to a fir tree, but He never said to go into the forest and hack one down and use it to celebrate Him (Hosea 14:8). He actually said the opposite. Turn your Bible with me to,

Jeremiah 10:1
1Hear ye the word which the LORD speaketh unto you, O house of Israel:”

Anytime you see ” LORD” in all upper case, it is specifically referencing our Father’s name, Jehovah (YHVH). Read closely, our Father is going to tell us something very important.

Jeremiah 10:2
2 “Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.”

We are not to imitate or take on the practices of the heathen who are non-believers. Unfortunately, this is how the tradition of easter was started and because Christians long ago wanted to increase the size of the church they brought heathen practices into the church which begs the question… Who was converted?

Jeremiah 10:3
3 “For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.”

What do the heathen do? They go into the forest and cut down a tree. Let us continue.

Jeremiah 10:4
4They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not.”

This is the exact same practice the people do today. They cut down a tree and fasten it so it stands up straight and does not move. Then they decorate it with silver and gold, that is the traditional way. It is a heathen practice and Christians brought it into the church because it looks like a religious thing to do and that tree is so pretty when it is all fixed up.

So while God referred to Himself as a fir tree He was providing us with symbology. A fir tree is evergreen as it does not loose its needles, so this is symbolic for everlasting as our Father is. God never, not once said to decorate a tree in honor of Christ’s Conception, man did that and many will try to justify it so they do not have to change their ways. You read the scripture, God said do not do it.

As for Passover, we have two studies I would like you to read, “Is the Easter Holiday Biblical, How Does God Feel About It?” and “Passover: Why We Should Be Celebrating It As Christians“.

Really take the time to read the Passover study. This study will explain and document in God’s Word how passover was started and how Christ fulfilled Passover in addition to how we should go about celebrating it which is taking Communion to honor our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 11:23-26).

Question 3:

Name: Amy
Question: Brandon,

I have a question. God is the only one who knows the day of Christ’s arrival. We are meant to be watchman but do you feel that day can change? If the world was to come together (I do not feel that would happen and lots because of the plan) but could it change?

I feel it cannot but if people have free will and decided to stand up to the kenites and stand with God and for God, do you feel the day could change?

More of just a curiosity and really look forward to your answer and scripture to help really find an answer for this.

I love your website and all your insight.

Name: Brandon T. Ward
Answer: Amy thank you for the question. Firstly, I really do not think the people will ever stand for God as a nation again. In small groups? Absolutely and we do that today. But as a nation? No. I think the recent election was a prime example of that. We had Christians throughout the nation putting down their fellow Christian brothers and sisters for their stance over politicians. If Christians are going to throw each other under the bus over heathen politicians how will they ever lock arms together? Something to think about.

Next, some of our readers are probably wondering what a “kenite” is. A “kenite” is a child of Cain and Cain is the child of Satan, we are not talking about symbology, we are talking about Satan’s literal offspring, a tribe of people who exist today and run this world. We have a study on this that will document everything I just said and much more from our Father’s Letter. The study is titled, “The Synagogue of Satan: Those Who Claim To Be Judah But Do Lie“.

The people have free will, that is certain, and look at the choices they make today. Our Father not only places people on the earth, but places them into the positions He desires in order to make His Word come to pass. Our Father “removeth kings, and setteth up kings” and there is a reason for that, to make His Word come to pass exactly as it is written and it always has and always will (Daniel 2:21).

To answer your question, there is most definitely a fixed point in time when Satan will show up and when Christ will return. So there is nothing we can do or say to change that fact, not even electing certain politicians. Please turn your Bible with me to,

Daniel 8:19
19 “And he said, Behold, I will make thee know what shall be in the last end of the indignation: for at the time appointed the end shall be.”

In the prior verses Daniel was shown some of the final events before the end of this age of flesh. We discussed some of these in our study, “The Timeline of the Tribulation: Chapter 2 – The Ram and the He Goat“.

What is this “last end of the indignation“? The “last end” is the end of this age of flesh and this “indignation” is our Father’s Wrath that will be poured out. It is for what? “The time appointed“.

Appointed” is Strong’s word 4150 and it means, “an appointment, that is, a fixed time“. The end of this age will occur at a “fixed time” that is unchangeable. Christ’s return is the Great “Appointment” we all wait and you can be certain the date is “fixed“.

Christ has certainly told us all things (Mark 13:23). Understanding that, I now ask you turn your Bible with me to,

Matthew 24:36
36But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.”

Only our Father knows the “fixed time“, the day and hour of Christ’s Return as He is the one who set the clock and He knows when the alarm will go off.

We would like to thank our Father for giving us this platform in order to spread His most precious Word. We would also like to thank our readers for submitting their questions and giving us the opportunity to share them with the audience. 1. Question 1: Brandon I am SOOOOO GLADDDD to have found this! There are a few Christians sites that are still now, in Aug. of 2017 that are NOT letting flat earth subject pass away. They will NOT let the topic drop. It’s really a shame they are being diverted from other important topics. Talking about flat earth is one thing but the ways they are constantly forcing the topic is really turning a lot of people off. Strange as it may seem there are former non-believers of the Bible who are commenting that this is opening their eyes to the truth of the Bible and they’re now taking a look at more of the Bible which is good.

Saw an interesting item on a Messianic site debunking flat earth. They said that the flat earth and four corners references were made because when the Israelite’s made the tabernacle that to let some light into the tent they made holes in the ceiling part that represented the constellations. The roof had 4 corners and when the moved the tabernacle that it would be rolled up thus explaining Daniel when he said that the sky was rolled up as a scroll.

    • Glad you found us Sharon.

We really do not get into other sites what they do and say. They will have to answer for spreading confusion. We do our best to be focused on the Bible and present the news of our time from a Biblical perspective as it relates to these end days.

I do not tell others what to do, but if someone came to me with flat earth doctrine I would stay far away from that bunch of non sense.

  2. Hey Brandon great Q & A all ways good food for thought. Also I thought you were releasing chapter 4 of timeline of the tribulation today.
