Prophecy: Children Have Become Our Leaders

With each passing day, our world becomes a little more distorted, a little more upside down.

This was pressed front and center into my mind the other day. It also made me think about the past, the recent past, and the distant Biblical past.

The thing I love about the Bible, it’s always true. Even if an event was referred to long ago, it will always apply to us, even today.

In light of today’s world leaders, I want to share a verse with you.

Isaiah 3:4
And I will give children to be their princes, and babes shall rule over them.

While literal children did rule over the Israelites from time to time, I feel this verse is primarily referring to childish leaders, (2 Chronicles 33:1, 34:1, 36:9). We have an abundance of those these days, no matter which nation you live in.

I also want you to note, the word “babes” can mean “tyrant”. It also means, “caprice” which describes someone’s “sudden and unaccountable change of mood or behavior”.

That perfectly describes the actions of our world leaders.

This is why we go by the rule of law, never ceding our rights to an individual ruler.

Punishment When We Stray From God

The last two years have been dreary, and we have had more than our fair share of tyrants. Nevertheless, Isaiah 3:4 has been fulfilled and re-fulfilled once again.

I will show you two examples of that in a moment.

Now if you recall from “A Reminder From The Bible,” and Deuteronomy 28, God offered blessings and cursings to the Israelites. Blessings if they listened to Him, and cursings if they did not.

The Israelites always seemed to enjoy the cursings more than the blessings.

Jeremiah 32:32
Because of all the evil of the children of Israel and of the children of Judah, which they have done to provoke me to anger, they, their kings, their princes, their priests, and their prophets, and the men of Judah, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

Did you catch that?

The Israelites, all of them, the whole bunch continually provoked God to anger. This happened so many times in Scripture, I lost count. Nehemiah 9 will provide a good summary.

The point here is, one of the punishments for God’s People was that childish leaders would rule over them. Anytime they messed up, God had some punishment in order. Today, those who accept Jesus Christ are God’s People, that’s what the Bible says, (Galatians 3:16, 18, 26-29).

At one time, the once Christian nations did place God first, or at least they did their very best. Those days are long gone. So, we get the cursings of God. We see this in every aspect of society today.

When we cross God, He removes the wall of protection, and we get a sinful society.

Now, how about those childish leaders?

Childish Leaders Of The Pandemic

For two years, society listened to the likes of Dr. Anthony Fauci and CDC Rochelle Director Walensky. The most difficult aspect for so many of us was, the fact that COVID-19 was not the danger it was made out to be.

This was proven through official government documentation. Including, that provided by the CDC.

Yet, Fauci nor Walensky would come clean on that. Not until the pandemic began to be ignored. Even then, many of us felt they were childish leaders who sought power to rule over us.

Then, the truth came out as it always does.

Listen to this.

CDC: We Had Too Little Caution And Too Much Optimism. Science Is Gray.

Rochelle Walensky, CDC: I can tell you where I was when the CNN feed came that it was 95% effective, the vaccine. This was our ticket out, we’re done. I think we had perhaps too little caution and too much optimism for some good things that came our way. Nobody said waning, when, ohh this vaccine is going to work. Oh well, maybe it’ll wear off. What if it’s not potent against the next variant.

I have frequently said, science is going to be the foundation of everything we do. That’s entirely true. I think the public heard that as science is foolproof. Science is black and white. Science is immediate and we get the answer, and then we make a decision based on the answer, and the truth is science is gray.

The problem is, the public never “thinks”.

The public did and believed everything the television told them. We were continually told to, “follow the science”. Now, this childish leader is blaming the public for her error and telling us, “science is gray”.

It’s utterly amazing when you consider the scope of the situation we dealt with.

A pandemic that included a world first, locking down healthy citizens in their homes, and shuttering the global economy. Our childish leaders told us, we need “15 days to stop the spread”. That turned into 30 days, and then nearly two years.

Children Are Their Oppressors

If we keep reading past Isaiah 3:4, look what we find.

Isaiah 3:12
As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths.

We have certainly made many errors due to the advice of our leaders.

They have utterly destroyed many of our paths.

Don’t read over that verse, God said, “women rule over them”. While some may find this sexist in today’s modern society, you must remember. In the days of old, men are the ones who took care of business. The role of our wife was to nurture our family, not become a career woman.

Those days are long gone, and in case you didn’t notice, Walensky, the leader of the CDC is a woman, and so is the next person, Kristalina Georgieva who runs the IMF.

IMF: We Printed Too Much Money, We Are Like Children Playing Soccer

Kristalina Georgieva, IMF: I think we are not paying sufficient attention to the law of unintended consequences. We make decisions with an objective in mind and rarely think through what may happen that is not our objective. And then we wrestle with the impact of it.

Take any decision that is a massive decision, like the decision that we need to spend to support the economy. At that time, we did recognize that maybe too much money in circulation and too few goods, but didn’t really quite think through the consequence in a way that upfront would have informed better what we do.

I subscribe entirely to what Christine [LaGarde, the president of the European Central Bank] said about climate shocks. We are already out of time. And the fact that whenever something hits us, we forget about these other crises is incredibly troubling.

I’m sorry. I’m going on here, but I’ll finish in a second.

We act sometimes like eight years old playing soccer. Here is the ball, we are all at the ball. And we don’t cover the rest of the field.

Our ability to deal with more than one crisis at one time is very, very limited. and we have to zero in on the really big things that could determine the future and keep our attention on them.

Kristalina Georgieva, leader of the IMF admits they are like children.

Scripture continually comes to pass.

This is the same woman who told world governments, “Please Spend. Spend As Much As You Can And Then Spend A Little Bit More”. She admits, they had no clue what they were doing. Just like Walensky, they simply reacted and used their power over the people.

This is why I said,

“It seems like we have gone full circle, but unfortunately, I think we have much more left in the tank. I think God is going to let us flounder and flop until mankind is on the brink of destroying himself.”

God, Are We Even Worth Saving?

Thanks to the monetary policy that people like Georgieva brought to the world. We have raging inflation that is destroying the middle class. They tell us confidently their solutions will fix our problems, only later to admit, that their solution was only a guess.

These are highly educated people who should have been prudent.

Proverbs 14:18
The simple inherit folly: but the prudent are crowned with knowledge.

Instead, they acted as a simple man without instruction or knowledge.

Yes, children have become our kings. This has become more apparent over the last two years than at any other time in my life.

We cannot say, we were not warned.

Ecclesiastes 10:16
Woe to thee, O land, when thy king is a child, and thy princes eat in the morning!
